Creator Campaigns
The Campaign Wizard allows businesses (“leads”) to create influencer marketing campaigns and connect with content creators listed on the Platform.
Campaign flow
- Campaign briefs submitted through the wizard are reviewed by Qonet before being sent to creators
- Qonet may suggest revisions to post copy at its discretion
- Payment must be completed before a campaign offer is sent to a creator
- Platform fees (currently 15% of the agreed creator rate) are deducted from the creator's payout; the lead pays the agreed rate only
Creator obligations
- Creators must produce content consistent with the accepted brief
- Sponsored content must be clearly labelled in accordance with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) guidelines
- Creators may not accept campaign fees and then fail to deliver without a valid reason
Lead obligations
- Campaign briefs must be truthful and not promote illegal products or services
- Leads may not use campaign data (creator contact details, audience demographics) outside the Platform
Payments & Fees
Qonet's current platform fee for creator campaigns is 15% of the agreed creator rate, deducted from the creator's payout. Marketplace transaction fees are displayed at checkout. All fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Payments are processed by Paystack or Flutterwave. By making a payment on Qonet, you also agree to the applicable terms of those payment processors.
- All prices on the Platform are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated
- Qonet is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank
- Payouts to creators and businesses are subject to identity verification and banking details confirmation
- We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending resolution of disputes or fraud investigations
